A – World Credit Recovery does not perform any collections on consumer accounts.  World Credit Recovery utilizes service providers that perform collection services on their behalf.

Q – Do I have to send my payment to the collection agency or law firm?
A – You do not have to. However, sending your payment to the service provider contacting you is the most efficient way to have payments posted to your account.

Q – What should I do if I am being contacted about an account that is not mine?
A – Please advise the service provider that they are attempting to collect an account that does not belong to you.
